Ayurveda

Ayurveda is one of the world’s oldest medicinal practices developed thousands of years ago by the wise men of India. The treatment focuses on promoting good health and developing a balance between the mind, body and spirit. Unlike Allopathic medicine that is used to cure diseases, the primary focus of Ayurveda is precautionary in nature.

Your body’s constitution or “prakriti” is the combination of your unique physical and psychological features and its ability to fight diseases and keep you healthy. But the food you eat and the environment in which you live can greatly alter your “prakirti”.
